Non-Energy Benefits

This category includes research associated with documenting and valuing a wide range of benefits associated with energy efficiency programs. These benefits include such items as reductions in water use, productivity improvements, increased sales levels, lower arrearage levels, more on-time payments, lower bad debt for utilities, and environmental improvements to name a few. Also included in this category are methods for calculating the benefit cost ratios for programs that provide non-energy benefits.
