TecMarket Works is a program evaluation and market research firm serving the energy and other high tech industries. Although the firm is young, the principal and owner has more than 28 years of professional research experience with more than 20 years of experience doing impact, process, market research, and evaluation in the fields of energy and energy services. The principal is widely known and respected in the field. Mr. Hall has authored over 200 research reports of energy programs, products, and services; and has directed, managed and implemented over $12 million worth of program evaluations in the residential, commercial, and industrial markets within the last 6 years.
